Privacy Notice

This notice explains what happens to personal details you choose to share when you use dromran.com, and how to ask questions about them.

What you send

The enquiry form asks for a full name, an email address and a phone number, all of which are needed to reply. Anything you write in the message is your choice.

Your enquiry is saved and sent by email to the enquiry inbox so that it can be read and answered, including discussion of appointment availability. An acknowledgement may also be sent to the email address you supply.

This notice covers website enquiries only. It does not cover clinical records or information shared in the course of medical care.

How your details are used

Contact details are used to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. They are not sold, and are not used for marketing.

Website hosting, data storage and email delivery services make the website and its messages possible, and may process enquiry details as part of providing those services.

How long they are kept

Enquiry details are kept only for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the correspondence. You can ask for them to be removed at any time using the contact address below.

Responsibility and contact

This website is maintained by Dr Maytham Omran. Privacy questions, and requests to access, correct or delete your details, can be sent to info@apisaha.com.

Map and external links

The interactive map loads map images from OpenStreetMap services, so your browser contacts those services while you view the map. Directions and other links open third-party websites, which have their own privacy practices and may place their own cookies.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be able to ask for access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing or a copy of your data. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it.

You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/ ↗.
